Isla Mujeres is a small beautiful island located a short ferry ride from Cancun. The island is seven kilometers long and less than one kilometer wide however most visitors never leave the small town located at the west end of the island. This are some tourist's favourite beaches :
Playa Norte is one of the most attractive and preferred beaches in Isla Mujeres. it is very crowded because of its popularity. There is so much activities you can do such as play games, relax, buy or rent water toys, have fun on the light paddled boats, use snorkeling gears and so on.
Playa Paraiso is a slightly isolated beach in Isla Mujeres, located on the west side. You can enjoy the water through kayak rides, water toys, canoes and so on. There are an open air palapa restaurants so you can enjoy drinks and meals while sitting on your chair or under the umbrella. You can also enjoy fish barbeque, where fish is caught in front you and barbequed.
Playa Indios is similar to the Playa Paraiso beach. Offering you a variety of fun activities, this beach can really keep you entertained. You will get to enjoy water sports, have a closer look at the beautiful corals and marine life. A variety of seafood is available including some specialties such as the tikinxic. You can enjoy shopping from the gift shops, including handicrafts and clothes.This beaches are some of the most favourite travel destinations for many tourists around the world.
